Terms
The ground rules for working with PractiSight and for using this site.
LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 2026
PractiSight LLC prepares and reviews certified payroll reports and related prevailing wage documentation, and explains the applicable requirements in plain language. We do not run payroll, and we do not sign certifications.
You supply the payroll and timekeeping data. You review every report we prepare. You sign and submit your own certifications, and you remain responsible for their accuracy and for compliance with your contracts and applicable law. Our work depends on the completeness and accuracy of what you give us.
Nothing on this site or in our work product is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Prevailing wage requirements vary by contract, funding source, and jurisdiction, and they change. For legal questions, consult an attorney.
We cannot and do not guarantee any particular result from a government agency, a general contractor, or any other party. Enforcement decisions are not ours to make.
Information on this site is general and provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete or applicable to your situation. Links to outside sources are provided for reference; we do not control those sites.
Client work is governed by a written engagement letter. Where these terms and an engagement letter conflict, the engagement letter controls.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Important: PractiSight provides report preparation and review services, not legal advice. Requirements vary by contract, funding source, and jurisdiction. Clients review, sign, and submit their own certifications and remain responsible for them.
