We ask contractors to send us payroll records. Here is exactly what happens to them.
LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 2026
To prepare or review certified payroll, we receive the information those reports require: worker names, work classifications, hours worked by project and day, pay rates, fringe benefit amounts, deductions, and project and contract details. Our intake uses the last four digits of a Social Security number only. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, full Social Security numbers.
Files are transmitted and stored in encrypted systems. Access is limited to PractiSight personnel working on your engagement. We do not post, publish, or display your records.
To request deletion, write to info@practisight.com.
This site does not run advertising trackers. If you submit the contact form, the information you enter is sent to us by email and handled under this policy.
Write to info@practisight.com and we will answer.
Important: PractiSight provides report preparation and review services, not legal advice. Requirements vary by contract, funding source, and jurisdiction. Clients review, sign, and submit their own certifications and remain responsible for them.
